01

Definition

Furniture, equipment and delivery management.

FF&E coordination makes interior items traceable from design decision to site delivery.

FF&E stands for furniture, fixtures and equipment. In hotel, residential, restaurant and commercial interiors, it covers the design, sampling, manufacturer coordination, approval, packing, logistics and site delivery of loose furniture, custom furniture, headboards, tables, seating, lighting, textiles, accessories and equipment.

For S³ Detail | Millwork, FF&E coordination is not only product list tracking. Design intent, material selection, manufacturer capability, sample approvals, delivery schedule and site conditions are brought into the same control flow. This helps many items from different manufacturers meet the same delivery standard.
